Immediate opening for a Web Developer in our fast-paced Dallas office. We seek a hard-working, dedicated and creative individual to serve as a key staff member. Duties include developing project requirements, definition, and analysis. This individual will be designing browser-based applications in ASP, ColdFusion and .NET ( VB and C#) and developing in-house web-based applications employing ASP, ColdFusion and .NET ( VB and C#) interfacing with MSSQL. The Web Developer will also be developing full life cycle application documentation. This candidate will be responsible for any Intranet site issues and will be responsible for designing and supporting the Firms Internet and Intranet web sites and associated applications.
Experience: The Web Developer must have advanced knowledge of ColdFusion, Java, JSP, XML and ASP. Excellent SQL skills, including relational database design required. The Web Developer must have excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong ability to work individually and in a team environment required. Must have the ability to translate business requirements into an application technical design document, and model application architecture within the environment. The Web Developer must have at least 4 years experience building Internet based applications and using ASP, ColdFusion and .NET ( VB and C#). Experience as the sole or lead developer of at least 3 major projects required. Experienced in business process analysis, software design, and requirements definition and documentation. Experience with Plumtree beneficial.
