The Alternative Investment Firm seeks a talented Strategy Analyst who will report directly to Senior Management and will have regular interaction with the founder and president. The individual will have an impact on driving culture, organizational development, and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Acts as an internal consultant who understands and analyzes the needs of the business and delivers value-added solutions.
• Facilitate and prepare management reports
• Works with Senior Management on the design and development of performance management, process strategy, process improvement and change management practices
• Drive competitive market analysis across various levels in the organization
• Produce meaningful information out of the data the firm generates
• Support the organization’s culture among the employee base
• Works with the CEO to understand the strategic decisions the firm is facing and implications those decisions have to the organization.
• Occasionally step into meetings for the CAO on an ad hoc basis
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
• 3-5 years experience in strategy consulting for 1). A top tier management consulting firm or 2). An internal consultant at a financial services firm
• Experience with change philosophies and organizational analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have excellent analytical, decision making, and problem solving skills
• Ability to be confidential and to think independently
• Energy to drive organizational performance
• Ability to work hard and get the job done
