IT Recruiter in Dallas, TX

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Dallas team! To be considered you must have two plus years in technical recruiting.

Responsibilities:

. Identify and develop candidate pool utilizing our internal search engines and teaching methods.

. Assist in the coordination of interview schedules and travel plans when necessary.

. Provide detailed information on recruited candidates to assess qualifications for a tentative interview with our clients.

. Conceive and implement creative sourcing and recruiting strategies to locate quality candidates and handle resume database management.

. Must learn how to understand various technical/business functional terminologies in order to qualify resume.

Requirements:
*Must have two years experience in technical recruiting with extensive technical savvy and knowledge.

*Must be a team player with excellent relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills! Will be recruiting and placing candidates in a variety of mid to upper level IT positions nationally.
