The Applications Developer/Programmer will be with a premier property Management Company. This person will need to be completely dedicated to the projects and be able to provide mentorship as well as leadership to more Junior Developers. This ideal candidate will have 4+ years experience in web based technologies with excellent problem solving skills. They should be able to learn new technologies quickly and apply to solve real business problems. BS Degree in Computer Science, Information System or Engineering is required. You will also have to have 4+ years experience with database Oracle/SQL, XML and JAVA scripting/VB scripting. Excellent verbal and communications skills as well as analytical and problem solving skills are required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

Bachelors Degree

Special/Unique Qualifications:
Experience with "agile" project management or similar experience as well as knowledge of Property Management Software (YARDI) is preferred. Experience with Crystal Reports and Property Management Operations is also a plus. You must be able to work with others in a team environment.
