Robert Half Technology, the world's leader in technology staffing, is currently seeking a Senior Desktop Support candidate for a Contract to Hire role for a Financial Services firm located in Downtown Dallas
On a day to day basis, the candidate will support hardware and software issues, trouble-shoot and resolve issues in a 75 user environment. This is a newly created position and the candidate will be the third person in a 3 people IT team.
This is an extremely professional environment and candidate must be comfortable working with all levels of employees, including executives. The dress code in this environment is Business Professional. All candidates must successfully complete a background check, credit check, and drug screen.

Experience: In order to qualify for this position the candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a desktop support role with emphasis in the following areas:
-MS Windows XP
-MS Office, Outlook
-Active Directory
-SQL
-Supporting applications
-Upgrading software loads
-Imaging desktops and laptops
-Supporting PDAs
-Setting up Webinars.
Additionally an A+, MCP, or MCSE are considered highly desirable but not required. A Bachelor degree is required
