Bus Systems Analysis Spec (14185) in Dallas, TX

Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Plano, TX.



Business Systems Analyst with professional experience to support operations for a web-based suite of applications and eventually a business leadership role. A minimum of 5+ years combined experience in Business Analysis and Software Testing is preferred. This position will be responsible for multiple facets of web application development and support. Candidate needs to possess a strong ability to troubleshoot issues, problem solve, and multi-task.



Candidates must have previous Operations support experience and be comfortable with direct corporate client interface. Business Analysis experience is required, including the ability to gather, design, and maintain small to medium sized requirements documents and user manuals. Applicants must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Low travel may be required.



Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate efforts between team of analysts and service desk agents

Coordinate work requests among business and technical team members to meet customer needs

Document system/software requirements for presentation to client

Create User Guides and supporting documentation as necessary

Provide personal assistance to corporate users for supported applications

Oversee the support of a production environment

Troubleshooting issues within an application or among system components

Coordinating efforts among multiple application teams and third party vendors

Work outside core business hours when required (to include some on-call support)

Researching new processes or applications
