As the Sharepoint Engineer, you will have 5 to 7+ years IT experience, preferably most in large Enterprise environments, and 2+ years supporting sharepoint environments. Will have experience with Sharepoint 2003, Windows 2003, IIS 6.0 and SQL Server 2000/5.
In this role, you will be replacing a current Sharepoint Engineer who has been moved over to a large acquisition project for approximately 10-12 months. The client has one of the largest Sharepoint environments in the world- with over 15,000 instances currently being supported by this group. Recently moved to Sharepoint 2007 which is causing a lot of stabilization and performance problems that you will be responsible for mimimizing and solving. THIS IS NOT A DEVELOPER ROLE. You must have experience supporting and managing a Sharepoint environment of a minimum of 100 instances to even be considered.
Experience: Required Experience/Skills:
