Business Process Management Architecht in Dallas, TX

Our North Dallas client is seeking a Business Process Management (BPM) architect who has a minimum of 4 years experience in a software implementation environment and one year implementation experience with ALBPM (formerly FuegoBPM or a competitive BPM product. This position requires the willingness and ability to travel 40-80% of the year, as well as the consulting, programming and communication skills needed to develop software solutions for clients and prospective clients.Qualifications:B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent degree; or twenty years of industry experience Advanced degree or thesis preferred Advanced programming/technical skills both client and server side Previous experience as an Architect Proficient in UNIX and Windows OS A minimum of four years experience in a software implementation environment including programming in an Object Oriented (OO) languageFour years of RDBMS experience (Oracle, DB/2, MS SQL Server, Sybase or Informix) Minimum of one year of experience with iterative development methodology Recent experience with J2EE and related technologies (JSP, JSTL, EJB, JMS, servlets, MVC, tag libraries) Experience with Microsoft technologies (.Net, COM/DCOM, VB) Recent experience with mainstream J2EE application servers (Websphere, WebLogic, JBoss) Experience with LDAP technologies (MSAD, iPlanet, SunOne) Experience with Experience with ANT technology One year implementation experience with FuegoBPM or similar business process management product A minimum of two years of experience in process design or process re-engineering One year of recent experience on ERP, CRM, or EAI implementations; ideal candidate will have developed interfaces to these application APIs Three years of experience with at least one source control tool required (CVS, VSS, ClearCase, etc.)Advanced consulting & communication skills Strong skill, tact and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive customer issues, with exceptional follow-through ability Proficiency with UML use case and sequence diagramAbility to wear many hats: Architect, Developer, Trainer and Business Analyst, etc. Ability to lead multiple project teams in varying phases of implementation Spanish language skills preferred U.S. citizens or otherwise presently authorized to work full-time in the U.S. Pass background checkActivities:Work comfortably in a variety of platforms: Windows, UNIX, Linux, etc. Create architecture diagrams and solution proposals Consult with clients to determine architectural requirements and considerations Consult with clients to determine business process issues and propose creative and effective solutions to those issues Model proposed solutions using business process modeling techniques and standard process notation Lead a team of developers in the implementation of proposed solutions Discuss firewall and DMZ issues Design and implement load balancing & high availability solutions Fail-Over / clustering setup, in general as well as for FuegoBPM environment Conduct peer code reviews Conduct technical project reviews Develop white papers Contribute to product improvements Strong coaching / mentoring of junior developers on projectsApply Herehttp://www.maxhire.net/cp/?E5586C361E43717B7D50126539511D6C482C77Please visit us on the web at www.frontlinesourcegroup.comEqual Opportunity Employer, M/F/V/D.
