Downtown agency looking for Group Creative Directors who understand the big picture and are able to grow their team organizationally and skill-wise as well. Need to be able to hold themselves and their team to high standards and be willing to build them through mentoring.
Need to be up to date with incorporating web, broadcast, print, etc. into a marketing project/campaign.
Experience with new business, electronics accounts and/or packaged goods are all preferred.
This position will manage anywhere from 4 to 10 employees.

Salary dependent on experience.
Experience: Absolutely MUST have:
+ Prior Creative Director experience
+ Retail AND Promotions
+ Managed at least 5 people
+ Agency experience
