Help Desk Analyst I in Dallas, TX

A fast paced organization located in Downtown Dallas needs helpdesk analysts to provide Level 1 helpdesk support for a single proprietary financial application used by auditors for engagement purposes. The Help Desk Analyst must be able to maintain very high call resolution and must be able to use Remedy for ticket tracking purposes. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada.
Experience: Bachelors Degree required with 1+ year supporting either a proprietary application or a financial application. Advanced Windows XP, Microsoft 2003 and Remedy experience preferred. Must be able to pass previous employment, social security and education verification. A criminal background check must also be passed.
