35 calls a day, 60% resolved w/o escalation
VPN,
AS400,
Must be bilingual: English and Spanish
Advanced MS Office,
Basic IBM AS400/3x,
Intermediate Lotus Notes,
Advanced TCP/IP,
advanced Windows XP,
MCP - MS MCP,
Conversational Spanish.
