Create process design documents.Determine Talent Acquisition Management user roles and security access requirements.Conduct Talent Acquisition Management Conference Room Pilot Sessions.Validate the design with HHC stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the requirements.Prepare Detailed Functional Design Documents.Configure PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Management based on functional design decisions.Participate in configuration testing, conversion testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing for Talent Acquisition Management.Prepare for deployment.
