Prominent Healthcare Organization looking for an excellent SAIV Programmer. Candidate must have experience delivering production quality solutions to customers. Candidate needs: to have Rational Application Developer/Rational Software Architect (RAD/RSA) or WebSphere Studio Application Developer (WSAD), portal development with Rational tools for deployment to WebSphere Portal Server, JSR 168 portlet development, JSF utilized in portlets, portlet wiring/ Portletto Portlet communication and orchestration, Web GUI design, best practices, Human Factors centric design focusing on usability, familiar with Web Sphere Poratal security architecture. Candidate should have experience implementing Portal solution from GUI design wireframes and WebSphere Portal Server (experience deploying application and basic administration tasks). <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: Required:
•Rational Application Developer/Rational Software Architect (RAD/RSA) or WebSphere Studio Application Developer (WSAD)
•Portal development with Rational tools for deployment to WebSphere Portal Server
•JSR 168 portlet development
•JSF utilized in portlets
•Portlet wiring/ Portletto Portlet communication and orchestration
•Web GUI design, best practices, Human Factors centric design focusing on usability
•Familiar with Web Sphere Poratal security architecture
•Implement Portal solution from GUI design wireframes
•WebSphere Portal Server (experience deploying application and basic administration tasks)
•Strong verbal and written communication skill
•initiative with strong analytical and problem solving skills
•Ability to work in a distributed team environment and assist other developers
Preferred (not required):
•IBM Content Management and Document Manager
•WebSphere Process Server API's for accessing Human Task Container and Business Process Container
•IBM Certification in WSAD/RAD/RSA
•Tivoli Access Manager
•College degree in an appropriate field (i.e. Computer Science/ Engineering/ Mathematics/MIS)
