We are searching for a senior level Windows System Administrator to join a premier Healthcare organization in the Dallas Metroplex!
This person will be responsible for the advanced support of very complex systems including Wintel hardware, Server 2003, Active Directory, VM Ware, and more.
Responsibilities include, yet are not limited to:
Providing technical support for services, servers, storage, peripherals, and related logical services.
Deploying new Windows servers.
Ensuring that server inventory is up to date.
Managing server and software upgrades.
Implementing planned maintenance.
Working with application and network teams to analyze hardware, software, network and configuration.
Maintaining and troubleshooting the OSS.
Providing on-call support for critical after hours issues.
Maintaining user accounts and groups.

Experience: Qualifications are as follows
5+ years related work experience.
Experience operating systems in a 24/7 mission critical environment.
Experience managing Active Directory, DNS and Group Policy.
Experience manage in and implementing Windows systems.
Experience with LAN/WAN Networking and troubleshooting.
Experience with system backup procedures and best practices.
Familiarity with large SAN environments (HPXP, Hitachi).
Familiarity with Veritas application suite (Net Backup, cluster server, volume Manager).
Knowledge of IIS 5.0/6.0 administration and troubleshooting.
Experience with Virtualization/ VMWare Server and VMWare ESX Server.
