Skills: Project Manager w/Agile methodology, .Net development background
SPECIFIC SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
. 4 + years of IT Project Leadership experience.
. International Project Delivery Experience
. Strong Experience with an Agile software development methodology (especially Scrum) and Test Driven Development
. Track record of Success with Agile Methodology
. Experience delivering large complex projects in a timely manner
. Some knowledge of client side web technologies
. Some experience developing applications using ASP.NET
. Very Strong Organizational and Planning Skills
. Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects simultaneously
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
. Must be a self-starter, be able to work independently, and should be able to identify needs, plans, and tasks without supervision.
. Competent in dealing with ambiguity and complexity and is comfortable with change
. Possesses knowledge of international business acumen and effectively communicates project vision, best practices to diverse teams across the globe
. Possesses good leadership skills - believes in, and encourages application of the Golden Rule' in all interactions with team members from various cultures
. Motivates people to do their best - works hard to build strategic working relationships based on trust and respect
. Demonstrates strong inclination to learn and apply new ideas
