Our services-focused client is a Dallas based dynamic Company who needs a Microsoft Server Administrator to add to their infrastructure team. This is a full time position! As the Microsoft Server Administrator, you will utilize your strong technical skills to implement and install various software products and modules, administer the Active Directory environment and write custom SQL scripting to meet internal customer initiatives. Utilizing your business acumen, administration skills, business knowledge and analyst skills you will be a part of a team that monitors, maintains, supports, and enhance various 'mission critical" applications and modules. Candidates who have experience implementing enterprise ERP applications, complex databases, and understanding integration between various applications are highly desired.You will have day-to-day interaction with all levels of management (c-level, executives, directors, managers, and analysts). Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Responsibilities and Tasks: - Primary responsibility of Server Administration;- Supports and maintains Microsoft Active Directory;- Monitors and reports overall performance of corporate servers on a regular basis to ensure quality efficiency and accuracy;- Ability to support various functions to ensure that the objectives of the project are accomplished on time and within budget parameters;- Designs and created SQL Scripting tailored to business requirements;- Mentoring and counseling team members in order to maintain a qualified and motivated staff.This is an exciting, dynamic company, with a wonderful work environment! Experience: REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS - 7+ years Information Technology; - 3+ years Microsoft SQL Server (2003, 2005) Administration experience;- 3+ years Microsoft Active Directory (2003) administration experience;- Demonstration of implementing software, modules, and complex systems;- Team asset in a diverse, ever-changing environment;- Skilled in production support, problem resolution, and security issues;- Ability to demonstrate in past work experiences the server design, testing, and implementation(s) of complex, high performance solutions;
