Systems administration and architecture - responsible for Tier III support and infrastructure engineering for the desktop PC environment - evening/weekend on-call rotation as needed (24x7) during business emergencies - support of file services, desktop and Citrix - direction of other team members as needed to achieve team goals
Experience: 4-5 yrs experience SMS administration and architecture - experience with Terminal Services/Citrix - troubleshooting, configuring, administering Windows desktop - MS SQL queries - Windows scripting (Winbatch, VB) - Active Directory Administration - ability for lead technical role - documentation and reporting skills - strong customer service communication skills - Novell Netware a plus - Microsoft SoftGrid or Microsoft Application Virtualization a plus
