Our services-focused client is a Dallas based dynamic Company who needs a Microsoft Developer skilled in software development, production support, maintenance, and troubleshooting to add to their growing team. This is a full time position! As a Microsoft Developer, you will utilize your strong technical skills to implement and install various software products and modules, be a primary contact point to various departments and locations for this software, and write custom SQL scripting to meet internal customer initiatives. Utilizing your business acumen, analyst skills, business knowledge and programming skills you will be a part of a team that monitors, maintains, supports, and enhance various 'mission critical" applications and modules. Candidates who have experience implementing enterprise third-party applications, complex databases, and understanding integration between various applications are highly desired. You will have day-to-day interaction with all levels of management (c-level, executives, directors, managers, and analysts). Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Responsibilities and Tasks: - Shared responsibility of software integration among systems; - Supports and maintains various Microsoft Products; - Designs and created SQL Scripting tailored to business requirements; - Monitors and reports overall performance of corporate servers on a regular basis to ensure quality efficiency and accuracy; - Ability to support various functions to ensure that the objectives of the project are accomplished on time and within budget parameters; - Mentoring and counseling team members in order to maintain a qualified and motivated staff. Experience: REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS - 7+ years Information Technology; - 4+ years Microsoft SQL Server (2003, 2005) development and scripting experience; - 4+ years Microsoft SQL scripting experience;- Experience working with multiple, cohesive third-party applications and packages; - Demonstration of implementing software, modules, and complex systems; - Team asset in a diverse, ever-changing environment; - Skilled in production support, problem resolution, and security issues; - Ability to demonstrate in past work experiences the server design, testing, and implementation(s) of complex, high performance solutions; DESIRED SKILLS - Exposure to Microsoft Active Directory (2003) experience; - Exposure to MS Server administration;
