This client has a need for a Microsoft SharePoint Developer responsible for performing the analysis, design, development, and implementation of an enterprise-wide SharePoint web environment. You will be part of a team responsible for the overall SharePoint implementation to support the company's internal and external web presence. As a team member, you will interact with various business units, operational development teams, project managers, departments, senior management, and external vendors.As a member of this team, you will be responsible for determining the strategic direction of the corporation web site. To succeed in this role, candidate must be able to establish technical credibility quickly. Experience: Required Technical Skills:-- 7+ years Information Technology experience;- 1+ years of solid SharePoint 2007 (MOSS) development experience;- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft C# and .NET technologies;- Demonstrated understanding and usage of object oriented design principles;- Prior participation in a SharePoint entire product development life cycle;- SQLServer 2000/2005/2008, SQL and T-SQL comprehension;- Proven team oriented developer with demonstrated ability to deliver quality solutions on time;-- Proficient with MS Office suite.-- Excellent skills in managing executive expectations; People and interpersonal skills-- Highly motivated individual with very good analytical skills dedicated to completing tasks on schedule. Desired:- Visual Studio 2003/2005/2008 development- Experience developing windows forms and windows services solutions-- Expertise in relational database design; -- Knowledge of Windows and/or Unix operating systems a plus.
