Downtown law firm is seeking an experienced desktop support professional to support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems pertaining to desktops, laptops, and telecommunications. The desktop support professional will also recommend, schedule and perform repairs as well as provide support for end users on all LAN-based applications. Experience: Requirements included advanced knowledge and experience with the Windows XP and the Office XP suite. This individual should have working knowledge of PCs, printers, cell phones, PDAs, and peripheral devices and equipment. Minimum of 2 years networking and telecommunications experience required. Prior experience working in a law firm required.
