Service Desk Administrator in Dallas, TX

Our Dallas Galleria area client is seeking to hire a service desk administrator on a contract to hire basis. For the right person, our client is willing to offer competitive pay, generous benefits including insurance, retirement plan, lunch, parking, cell phone allowance, etc.Responsibilities include:- Providing excellent support of endpoint computer systems.- Diagnostics, repairing, maintaining, and ensuring optimal workstation and application performance.- Providing training and support as needed.- Documenting procedures and guidelines for IT applications. - Managing antivirus and patch management.- Implementing and maintaining endpoint security.Requirements:- Degree in a related technical discipline.- 3 years + computer systems and desktop experience.- Proven analytical and technical skills.- Ability to work from 7:30 to 5:30.- Financial services experience would be helpful.- MS 2003 Active Directory Admin skills are a must!- XP and Vista experience is required.- MS 2003 Server Administration would be helpful.- Knowledge of Blackberry devices and server experience is helpful too.- ITIL framework knowledge is preferred.- Experience with Patch Management and Anti-Virus platform is a must.Please visit us on the web at www.frontlinesourcegroup.comEqual Opportunity Employer, M/F/V/D.
