Business Analyst*Fidelity LPS experience in Investor Reporting a big plus*Responsible for monitoring the daily activity of the MKS Project Repository for the MKS Administrator and the EPMO Governance AVPEnsures current and accurate system documentationProduces reports, timelines, and graphics using functions in MKS or Microsoft OfficeParticipate in project audits conducted by the Project Management Office.Responsible for administering the work effort for any project phase deliverables as delegated by the Project Manager.May collect estimates of project technology cost and development effort for inclusion in proposals and business-case justificationsMay oversee a small project or phases of a large project under general direction/supervision.Adhere to all corporate, company, and departmental policies and procedures.Support and contribute to achieving corporate, company and departmental goals and objectives.Assists in carrying out specific project tasksBachelor s degree in Business related discipline or equivalent experience is highly desirable5 7 years exposure to Mortgage Banking, Default Management, Loan Originations, or Information Technology1 - 3 years in direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and executionUnderstanding of the Project Management Lifecycle Knowledgeable with various software programs, such as Microsoft Office, Project and VisioExperience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essentialAdept at conducting research into project-related issues and productsMust be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologiesCritical thinking and problem solving ability and organizational skills Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong written and oral communication skills To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
