Investor Accounting Consultant in Dallas, TX

Contract position for Investor Accounting -Must be able to travel 100% of the time - Roadwarrior Review, analyze, and extract loan data through various systems to complete reporting requirements.Load data into required formats, review and correct formatting issues, and balance reports against cash collections.Responsible for 3rd party reporting/remitting to Trustees and/or Master Servicers.Ensure Reports and Remittances are sent out in accordance with governing documents.Monitor USAP Requirements on Bank Reconciliations and Expected Principal and Interest Differences.Maintain calendar of cutoff and remitting dates and file submission requirements.Work with Treasury department on issues as they relate to bank accounts and wiring.Produce daily/monthly management and exception reports.Verify policies and procedures are set up, followed, and maintained online.Build and validate loan level data for reporting to third parties.Accounting and maintenance of all Investor P&I advances, subsequent P&I recoveries, and other borrower advances.Ensure reporting is accurate and timely. Ensure wires are prepared accurately & released timely.Reconcile warehouse movement of loans being securitized to ensure investor's bank accounts are funded correctly. Prepare the modification analysis on a monthly basis.Effectively communicate with Investors and internal departments.
