Cisco CVP IVR ICM Developer in Dallas, TX
We have an immediate opening for a Cisco CVP IVR and Cisco ICM Application Developer to analyze, design, code and develop test plans for call center functionality improvements and new enhancements. You will write, test and document IVR call flows, and bring experience with call center best practices, reporting and metrics, call recording, work force management and chat and email manager solutions. An independent worker who can contribute on a small fast paced team and provide 24/7 on-call support will thrive in this environment. 6 years of call center development experience in a leading large Cisco contact/call center environment is required. Experience with call center programming, specifically, Cisco CVP IVR and ICM configuration, setup and upgrades coupled with 5 or more years of experience with Cisco IPCC Enterprise is also needed. 3 years of development using C#, ASP.NET, HTML/DHTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML/XSL, Web Services development, Oracle and SQL Server, Java, JHTML, CVP scripting, ICM scripting, and VoiceXML is needed as well as an understanding of speech recognition engine (eg Nuance) and integration with CVP. Product experience with: Verint, Blue Pumpkin, INOVA, and Cicso add-on tools is a definite plus. Local candidate preferred but travel consideration can be discussed. US Citizenship is required.
