Enterprise Application Support role. Support internally developed applications as well as box applications. Maintain operations and updates to corporate websites. Implement, administer, support Windows Server 2003/2008. Keep user community informed on all Applications and Systems availability, scheduled down times and status during problem resolutions. Maintain operation of Server based applications through patch maintenance, manage vendor support calls, and working with end users regarding application issues. Work with internal and external resources as needed to drive problem resolution. Coordinate, maintain and publish documentation related to departmental policies and procedures. Create, document, communicate and maintain procedures. Must provide on-call support.Want to learn more about us?
Experience: BS in Computer Science required. 3+ years experience with MS Operating Systems, to include implementation, documentation and troubleshooting. Passion for IT. Required: Knowledge of MS IIS 6.0, Scriptiing, MS Clustering, Windows Server 2003/2008. Preferred: Apache/Tomcat, Biztalk, HP ServiceCenter, Clarity, Pitney Bowes, understandiing of SDLC process, SQL Server 2000, Visual Studio.net, web-based applications. Dallas residency required. US Citizen/US Perm Residency required.
