AVP Servicing Analytics will manage the process of providing:Analyses and management reporting on performance metrics and trends for the loan servicing businessManagement reporting on the key metrics and performance indicators for each business unit within loan servicing Operational and exception reporting to the various business units in loan servicing. Ensure data integrity for the data sourced from servicing system and other supporting sub-systems Work closely with the various business unit managers to understand their requirements and create reporting to meet those needs Create reporting dashboards for all business units and senior management Create dashboards to measure vendor performance Participate in the business process and workflow, interacting with technical and non-technical staff to articulate technical concepts. Successful candidate will manage a staff of reporting analysts and supervisor Maintain and expand both internal and external client relationships through the delivery of high quality work. Seek, obtain, monitor and analyze feedback from clients to improve systems and reporting. Provide support relevant to areas of expertise. Responsibility for planning, organizing and leading tasks and projects, and ensuring the quality of the deliverables. Manage some rapid application development to meet business requirements. Mortgage industry experience IS ESSENTIAL Knowledge of SQL, SAS, Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Engineering 4+ years of hands-on experience in reporting/analytics for mortgage loan servicing 5+ years of total work experience 2+ Management Experience Knowledge of automated analysis and modelling tools. Experience in business process analysis and improvement strategies. Ability to create, compose and edit written materials.
