If interested, please apply on-line or send a Word doc of your resume to: (see below) Description:This position reports directly into the Oracle Applications Manager within the IT department team and is responsible for hiring, developing, leading and motivating a high performance team of Oracle technical analysts and application developers in our organization emphasizing timely and high-quality project delivery within the Oracle eBusiness suite. You will be responsible for coordinating the daily development activities for both an on-site and offshore technical and development teams. This role requires constant interaction with the management teams for all the functional areas within the Oracle eBusiness suite. You and your team will work directly with the business and function analysts within these areas to develop the functional and technical specifications, the solution architecture, and ultimately the timely delivery of the solution. You will be responsible for providing cost effective solutions that are both scalable and efficient while ensuring strict adherence to industry accepted coding standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the management and support of all development activities for all modules within our current 11.5.10 Oracle applications eBusiness suite as well as our SOA middleware. You must be proficient in developing in Oracle forms, reports, PLSQL, Java, JavaScript, XML, HTML, Oracle SOA, Oracle Advanced Queuing, JSP pages, and others in order to effectively guide the architecture of applications development that will require these tool sets. Will also guide the architecture and development of all the interfaces from and to the Oracle database. Will facilitate the Oracle applications support of all enhancement activities including new functionality, new module introduction, future upgrade and patching requirements and overall general support. FUNCTIONS:- Support, configuration and development within all Oracle application modules- Staff management and professional development of team- Internal Oracle application department relationship management- Program/project management- Capture and report team metrics and performance RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:-Java/JSP and HTML development experience-J2EE UI framework-SQL, PL/SQL-Middleware technologies, experience, including: Web Services, Service Oriented Architecture (Oracle SOA), ADF and BPEL-Deep knowledge of the Oracle eBusiness Suite functional modules-Strong knowledge and hands-on experience (5+ years) with JAVA, Java Server Pages, Java Server Faces, XML, XSL,PLSQL and SQL-Knowledge of Oracle Application Server 9i & 10g-Knowledge of Linux and/or Unix operating systems is required-Knowledge of Oracle DB 10g and RAC configurations-Experience automating system administration tasks through Shell Scripting (Perl, KSH)-Proven ability to assimilate and apply technologies through independent research-High level of initiative and ownership of projects-Proven ability to estimate work efforts for complex technology implementations, deliver results, and meet deadlines by using good time management skills-Experience in managing a highly available production environment, including minimizing risks of routine and scheduled environment changes-Experience with Oracle BPEL (Business Process Execution Language) \-Must have at least 3 years of open interface integration experience with Oracle EBS and an understanding of enterprise service bus messaging queues BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:-Bachelor of Science degree in a Computer Sciences, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent combination of training and experience.- 5+ years of Oracle applicat
