This will be the key person in the company's responses to RFP's. This person will contribute heavily to the RFP process. This person will be responsible for business requirements gathering, Defining and designing specifications for ALL internal and external IT projects. This Business Analyst will also assist with pricing and resource utilization and allocation. This person will be the liaison between the client (internal and external clients) and the project team. Client facing role. Project Team consists of 3-4 IT team members, 12 Operations team members, and 2 Marketing team members.
