Help Desk Support 2 in Dallas, TX

Provide responsive quality service and support over the phone and through alternative means for Vought customer computing needs. Performs immediate analysis of customer problems and directs the implementation of corrective action to restore function and avoid recurrence. Interfaces with appropriate technical personnel for customer problems that cannot be resolved quickly on the telephone.

US Citizenship Required: Yes

Security Clearance Required: No Experience: BS/BA degree with 2 years of experience required. Excellent communications skills written and verbal, Excellent IT technical skills and understanding of NGST computing environment and key interfcaes.
