Oracle Senior consultants or Proj Mgr - CRM - Dallas
ECC provides clients independent consultants who understand their needs and to enable and implement key business strategies. Our contractors deliver practical solutions to generate demand, ensure supply and help manage their enterprise effectively.
Role & Responsibilities;
The position will be based in Dallas, Houston or Denver and requires a broad business perspective and a willingness to step into various roles. It may require working closely with a team, solo or working as part of a project. Our Independent Consultants will perform full-life cycle implementations or upgrades and will need to possess extensive team lead and configuration experience.
Required experience:
4 yr college degree with Minimum 5 years experience in professional services (prior major consultancy experience preferred) with a mix of functional and technical skills and experience. Current configuration experience and module working knowledge in 2 or more Oracle CRM modules 5 or more full cycle 11i implementations(up to version 11.5.9) including: Scoping and Planning, Process Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post Go-Live Support Understanding of ERP project methodology and ability to describe the methodology to clients Strong problem-solving, analytical skills Experience supervising and leading team Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good to have:
Experience with the AIM methodology MS Office applications including MS Visio and MS Project Experience with Oracle Customer Hub
Excellent technical and functional knowledge of Oracle Trading Community Architecture.
Experience in design and development of multiple bulk customer conversion into the party and account layer.
Familiar with the concepts of Single Source of Truth (SST).
Experience with Customer Data enhancements using third party integration like Dun and Bradstreet is a plus.
Knowledge of PL/SQL, Web Services, XML and BPEL
