Technical Sourcer / Profiler in Dallas, TX

The successful candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience cold calling, telemarketing or Internet Sourcing. Recruiting experience is a plus! Technical Sourcer/Profiler must have excellent telephone skills, be creative and extremely dependable.

Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet seraches and research.

Source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases and employee referrals.

Screen candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, basic job requirement qualifications.

Strong knowledge of internet recruiting strategies, candidate networking and cold calling.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills required.

Must be self-managed, motivated and able to work on multiple positions with a diverse hiring criteria.

Skilled in using personal computers and MS Outlook, Excel and Word.

Must have excellent follow-up skills.

Send Outs experience a plus.

Must be a team player with a high sense of urgency.
