Level 3 Production Support in Dallas, TX

Experienced in supporting production applications running under W/2 operating systems, configuring client server monitoring processes, supporting production batch and web processes, debugging application software and database issues, installing application release upgrades, building query/update scripts, configuring FTP and encryption processes, interfacing with clients to refine user requirement specifications, analyzing process and system issues, creating and documenting system solutions, and developing interfaces supporting financial and HR applications. Experience: Minimum 7 years IT technical client/server development/support experience Expert in use of SQL data base scripting/query tools, FTP, and encryption processes. Exposure to OLAP software.
