Client Services Email Representative in Dallas, TX

. Work from home using your computer and home telephone to answer general information questions and assist clients with inquiries regarding their account(s).
. We will train you in a classroom environment
. You choose your own work schedule, and either work a full-time schedule 8 hours per day, or choose a variety of hours convenient throughout the weekday, weeknight, and weekends that are convenient to your schedule
. Based on your experience we are interested in both full-time and part-time workers.
. Communicate effectively with individuals in the program to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests.
. Provide responsive and accurate client service via e-mail and other online communication methods regarding general account management and activity issues.
. Participate in other critical areas within the company as required. Other areas could include, but are not limited to assisting with clearing functions, trading and new account development or retention.
. Possess a working knowledge of technology and be able to operate in an environment requiring intermediate computer skills.
. Provide input and recommendations for process improvement as it regards current policy and procedures.
. May be required to perform such other duties as are from time to time assigned. Essential job functions are subject to change.


Experience: . Bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of two years of college or equivalent experience will be considered.
. Minimum of two years previous customer service experience preferred.
. Outstanding communication, listening and analytical skills.
. Must display strong organizational and problem solving skills. The individual must be able to handle high-pressure situations while making accurate judgment decisions.
. Knowledge of the securities rules and regulations is a plus. If associate does not have the Series 7 and 66 License, it must be acquired once hired. Possible further licensing may also be required.
. Must be confident and competent in complying with the corporate policies and procedures
. Must have a quiet home-office environment to take calls uninterrupted during your scheduled working hours
. Must own a PC-compatible computer with Windows XP or 2000
. Must have DSL or Cable high-speed Internet service in the home
. Must have experience using Microsoft Office Applications, the Internet and Microsoft Internet Explorer
. Type 40 wpm on a computer
. Ability to effectively communicate on the phone in an understandable manner in English
. Up to $12 per hour
