Participate in the monitoring and maintaining of the day-to-day computer services to help ensure proper operation of production applications and processes. Assists in the daily administration of infrastructure platforms and their supported software. Helps to identify problems within production application and processes and helps with the resolution. Assists in the tracking, documentation and analysis of production problems. Assists in ensuring production operation efficiencies and effectiveness. May assist in supporting server infrastructure.
