Just Technical Associates is seeking to add to our team of motivated and energetic staff as a Desktop support Technician.
The Desktop Support Technician will provide support for end-users and maintenance within our operating environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. This person will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required. He or she will be involved in all desktop related products including Windows XP, Microsoft Office and other application rollouts.
Only local candidates with U.S citizenship or Permanente Residency will be considered. The qualified candidate must pass a comprehensive background check and a 10-panel comprehensive drug screening. Experience: He or she must have a minimum of two years of relevant experience. This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills.
