Help Desk Analyst - Japanese Speaking in dallas, TX

Robert Half Technology, the world's leader in technology staffing, is currently seeking a Japanese Speaking Help Desk Analyst. On a day to day basis, the candidate will be responsible for resolving computer user concerns by answering questions in Japanese and/or English about networks and PC hardware and software, by providing instructions, by troubleshooting as necessary, and by referring questions and requests to other support groups. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.
