Help Desk For Medical Client in dallas, TX

Robert Half Technology, the world's leader in technology staffing, is currently seeking an Experienced Help Desk Professional for a well respected medical client. On a day to day basis, the candidate will be responsible for working in a call center environment supporting multiple applications, including Outlook, in an XP environment. This is a 24 hr call center and candidates must be willing to work any shift including holidays and weekends as necessary. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada. Experience: In order to qualify for this position, a success driven customer service personality is a must. Candidates must have a minimum of 1.5 or more years phone related experience in a Windows, Novell or Linux environment with excellent communication and customer support skills; must be able to communicate effectively through written reports and oral communication; able to establish effective working relationships with fellow employees, supervisors, and clients and ability to plan and work independently.
