Help Desk - Tier 2 in Dallas, TX
Advanced technical support for end-users via email and telephone. Resolving complex problems with both hardware and software related problems. Troubleshooting a wide variety of Operating Systems and end-user Applications Software. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a Help Desk/Desktop support role. Bachelor's degree or a 2 year degree, on occasion completion of coursework at a technical school plus work experience will suffice. Technical lead background preferable. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. Active Directory/Exchange troubleshooting. All help desk personnel need excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, along with patience, a positive, customer-friendly attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.
