Web Application Infrastructure ( WAI ) support in Dallas, TX

Work and contribute to large, complex and time critical projects.

Provide advanced level technical support for the production and development of the Web Application Infrastructure ( WAI ) E-business environment. The WAI environment includes Sun Solaris servers, Tivoli Access Manager, Java System Directory Server, F5 BigIP/GTM/LTM, and Entrust Security Manage.

Work under the supervised direction of a technical lead and/or technical manager and perform production support duties in a distributed environment.

Work closely with other operating systems programmers, database administrators, storage and performance administrators, information security, computer operations, and application programming staff in support of distributed systems environments and related products.

Participate in work groups and projects, which evaluate, recommend, and implement distributed systems hardware/software solutions. Participate in dedicated project teams, which evaluate, recommend, design, build, test and coordinate the implementation of client/server hardware/software solutions, user identity management, and performance tuning.
Experience: REQUIRED:

Excellent English

3+ years in the installation, support, performance tuning, and maintenance of UNIX ( Solaris )

Working knowledge of UNIX Shell Scripting is required ( AWK, SED or Perl scripting a plus)

Tivoli Access Manager and Sun JSDS / SunOne LDAP ( or similar LDAP )

Working knowledge of multi-tiered distributed architecture, including WAN/LAN concepts, TCP/IP, DNS and firewalls

Happy to provide excellent customer support services and an aptitude to work directly with business partners to deliver quality business solutions on schedule

Able to lead projects, set priorities, organize work, prepare reports and write technical documentation

PREFERRED:

Websphere, Apache, IIS, and iPlanet

Public Key Infrastructure ( PKI ) and the deployment of certificate-based user authentication and authorization credentials
