Perot Systems is hiring an Infrastructure Systems Services Manager in Dallas, TX.

Job Role and Responsibilities:
The Infrastructure Systems Services Manager must possess and demonstrate experienced leadership, business and infrastructure technical skills crossing multiple disciplines. The individual will be responsible for the oversight of data/print center operations, network services and coordination of leveraged services. Primary responsibilities include directing both the day-to-day infrastructure support activities and associates, and the project management of the strategic direction for the account as it relates to infrastructure technologies.

The Infrastructure Systems Services Manager responsibilities include associate goal and objective setting, tracking performance evaluations, and career development. Additionally, one will be responsible for monthly SLA reporting and monitoring for applicable areas of responsibility He/she will facilitate account driven project requirements by documenting the requirements and working with the appropriate organizations to establish solutions and budget to fulfill requirements.

It is expected that the Infrastructure Systems Services Manager will have a good working knowledge and understanding of the contract between Perot Systems and the client, and understand the client's business drivers to the appropriate extent.

Requirements:

Leadership of large-scale, technical operations in a mission critical business environment (preferably healthcare)

Customer relationship management, technical strategic planning, with innovative implementations of proven technologies to add value

Management, motivation, and development of technical resources to meet changing technical needs

Adherence to Perot Systems core values is essential

Required Skills

Ability to manage large scale projects and multiple projects involving introduction of new enterprise technologies

Hardware refreshes/migrations and managing equipment

Overseeing hardware/software/service purchases

Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

Excellent customer facing skills, strong judgment, and effective organizational and interpersonal skills

Substantial exposure/experience to industry IT functions (specifically networking) and organizations

Desired Skills:

Senior level management experience

Knowledgeable of the management of IT Operations or Delivery functions, P&L management, and Project/Program management

Professional Certifications:

ITIL Foundation Certification is strongly desired

Educational Requirements:

Advanced degree preferred
