Robert Half Technology, the world's leader in technology staffing, is currently seeking 6 Helpdesk Level 1 Professionals for a Financial Institution. On a day to day basis, selected individuals will be responsible for providing level one support for proprietary financial applications used by auditors. Consultants must be able to maintain a very high call volume. This position is 100% over the phone support. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: In order to qualify for this position, 2 + years experience in supporting financial applications are required. Candidates must be able to work Monday through Friday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm. A four year degree is required. Viable candidates must be able to pass the following: Employment Background Check, Criminal Background Check, Social Security Verification, Education Verification, Licenses and Certificate Verification, Motor Vehicle Record Check and Credit Check.
