Assistant Facilities Manager/Project Manager Job Description Reports to the Facilities Manager. Hours: 8: 00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. M-F Status: Exempt / Full time Duties: Responsibilities for the Assistant Building Manager/Project Manager include but are not limited to the following: - Responsible for assisting Facilities Manager in ensuring completion of maintenance and repair tasks performed by handyman, property management companies and other vendors as required. - Responsible for assisting Facilities Manager in office services coordination including moves, construction and relocations at Multiple sites within the Metroplex. - Responsible for compliance with all governmental statutes when reconstructing office space. - Works independently with outside consultants and company executives in relocation and reconstruction projects. - Must be able to handle multiple tasks to satisfactory completion. - Must have excellent management and people skills, and be self-motivated. - Must have proficient computer skills and be capable of analytical thought. - Must have knowledge of purchasing procedures. - Will assist the Facilities Manager in day-to-day operation of Corporate and branch facilities. - Must have five years experience in facilities services with at least two years in a management or supervisory position. - Must be willing to work after-hours and weekends as required.
