Service Line Project Manager in Dallas, TX

The Contact Center/Workforce Administration (CC/WFA) Service Line is a core component of outsourcing delivery within ACS's Human Capital Management Solutions group. The Service Line Project Manager (PM) role supports the CC/WFA Service Line by managing global initiatives and executing on toolkit strategy enhancements. This individual is responsible for planning and executing on rolling out a single instance of the desktop toolkit across global delivery locations. Additionally, this individual is responsible for designing the go forward toolkit strategy on both new client relationships and the existing client base. The PM will have direct reports to assist in completion of overarching goal at the task level. This position may also participate in additional global roll out projects such as quality assurance and location build out. Travel should not be significant, but this individual must have the flexibility to travel globally approximately 25-40% of the time on an annual basis. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Create baseline project plan for toolkit rollout to leverage as implementations emerge. Define and document strategy on existing client base for conversion to revised toolkit. Define and document strategy on new business opportunities and toolkit. Serve as point contact for internal contacts who express interest in converting to revised toolkit. Define conversion strategy and timing from old toolkit instance to revised. Identify new global roll out opportunities across client base to streamline operations. Encourage and enable associate development, motivation and performance management through coaching, counseling and mentoring of direct reports. Identify and understand the reasons for variation in individual performance and take appropriate actions that will result in improved performance of the associates through increased skill and expanded knowledge Identify and provide occasional training to new team members. Recruit and hire team members, develop and retain key talented team members Communicate to ensure that the associates understand the organization's strategy and their role in achieving that strategy Make recommendations for cross enterprise process improvements, develop implementation plan for process improvements and make recommendations for improvement to the VP of CC/WFA Compile and analyze management reports that indicate results of various initiatives **Position is Virtual - Anywhere within USA - from home-based office** To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
