Business Analyst in Dallas, TX

Qualifications * Expert level experience using RUP, RAD, Agile models and processes, or similar products; * Proficiency in identifying and understanding problems and communicating the impact of the solution on the organization's business; * Senior level experience with analysis and modeling techniques to adequately understand and document business and technical requirements; * Extensive experience in application documentation through reverse engineering; * Proficient experience in system and business requirements gathering/diagramming process flows, story-boarding, mapping, and use-case development; * Solid experience in developing requirements traceability; Experience: * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, to include: Project, Outlook, Excel, Visio, Word, and Power Point; * Skilled in testing methodologies and documentation practices, and ability to contribute to requirements testability; * Extensive experience facilitating and documenting requirements definition and use-case meetings with user and technical groups; * Experience with Electronic Document Management (EDM) applications/systems (BEA, Documentum, FileNet, Oracle, etc.), preferred; * Experience w/ industry methodology like CMM, PMI, or SDLC; * Experience with Oracle database systems, data warehouse a plus; * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification perferred; * Bachelor*s degree, preferably in MIS, or equivalent experience; * 4-6 years experience designing, building and implementing business solutions using information technology; To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
