A top tier consulting firm is expanding in the Aerospace & Defense market sector in 2007 and has an Associate Partner opportunity for the discerning consulting professional. Lead compelling PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) engagements You will have direct accountability for the overall successful delivery of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Aerospace & Defense engagements involving technology, process, and organizational change initiatives. This requires hands-on leadership and direction to the team and includes responsiblity for leading business case development and performance measurement. This is a hands-on consulting delivery role in a complex and integrated environment which crosses multiple locations. This is not an account management or business development role. Experience: Here is a summary of what you must have before being considered. Please review carefully and submit your resume if you meet the following criteria · Minimum of 10 years experience to include strengths in the Aerospace & Defense industry · Minimum of 7 years employment in a consulting firm with large-scale project consulting responsibilities · Demonstrated hands-on program management experience with at least 4 full lifecycle, successful large-scale Aerospace & Defense PLM transformation engagements involving technology, process and organizational change initiatives · Strongly Preferred: Client experience in software development and experience with Rational, PTC Windchill, Agile Enovia, Matrix One, UGS and/or SAP PLM · H1B visa status not available If work-life balance along with flexibility on where you can live is important, you can reside in any of the following major US cities: Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Hartford, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York City, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Tulsa or Washington DC. You can live within a reasonable commuting distance (generally 50 miles) of one of these major airports. Weekday travel is typically three nights away from home with an emphasis on achieving a satisfying work-life balance. Occasional weeks may require four nights.
