eProcurement Implementation Consultant

Position responsibilities include:
§ Responsibility to manage and execute implementation project tasks including design, data definition, data collection, testing, user coordination and training working with LOB commodity and business teams
§ Ability to define and perform:
o Data management: Where will it come from? Who will maintain it? Will it be accurate and timely?
o Data definition
o Data mapping/cleansing
§ Ability to identify ways to:
o Streamline processes and reduce cycle time
o Improve management control
o Identify and streamline spend categories
§ After initial implementation, the job role evolves into ongoing operations, user support, incremental process and system function implementation coordination. Data management and maintenance of master data also in scope. Also could be transition to role in LOB for operations and/or procurement or contracts management

Requirements:
§ 3-10 years experience
§ ACS Manager or Systems Engineer level
§ BS or equivalent
§ 1-3 years procurement systems implementation experience (Ariba, Oracle, SAP, etc.), preferably as functional team lead
§ Experience with defining integration between ERP and purchasing systems
§ Good communication skills (verbal, MSOffice)
§ Sound business fundamentals (business case, project management, problem solving, analytics)
§ Business process mapping and implementation experience
§ Able to successfully engage and work with business users to create project deliverables
