We are searching for a Tier II help Desk Analyst to work on a six week contract for a Manufacturing client located 15 minutes South of Downtown. You will be working in a queue based ticketing system (HEAT) supporting Windows XP, MS Office, and Lotus Notes. Experience with AS 400 applications a big plus.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: The following work experience is desired to considered for this position:
- Support and troubleshooting of Advanced Windows XP
- Basic IBM AS400/3x
- Intermediate experience supporting Lotus Notes (clients)
- Advanced MS Office
