Performs complex product design, systems analysis and programming activities on applications software which may require some research. Performs complex bug verification, release testing and beta support for assigned products. Researches problems discovered by QA or product support and develops solutions to the problems. Performs coding, unit testing and integration testing for functionality and limits with high quality deliverables. May assist in performing on-site client work on moderately complex applications. Will work with offshore development teams/projectsExperience/Education Required:. Bachelor's degree in business, software engineering or computer science or other relevant combination of training and education. Typically requires a minimum of eight years of technical experience in product design and product support.. Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Development tools (.Net 2.0 or newer, C#, SQL Server 2005/2008, IIS 6/7). Experience designing & developing n-tier applications required. Experience with .Net Winforms required. Excellent analytical and design skills at multiple product level. Thorough understanding of entire development process, including specification, documentation and quality assurance.. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
