Customer Support Technology Adviser in Dallas, TX

IMMEDIATE need for customer support technology ad visor!

Do you have troubleshooting experience via chat, email and phone handling customer concerns with computer hardware and software issues? Awesome!

Do you have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, one year certificate from college or technical school, strong technical aptitude, and knowledge of software and hardware systems and programs; or equivalent combination of skills, education and experience.

Do you have the ability to read, interpret and comprehend safety rules, operating instructions, procedural manuals, simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos?
Do you have the ability to write straightforward explanations, routine reports and correspondence?
Ability to ask effective questions and present information clearly and concisely?
Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding a customers issue or question?
Ability to effectively present technical information clearly and concisely.

Mathematical Skills Needed: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. You must also have the ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills: Ability to listen and respond while keying into automated system. (Windows or Mac environment).
