This Dallas based company is hiring a Microsoft CRM Developer to add to its internal team. This company is a recognized leader in the Dallas marketplace! In this role the Candidate will be responsible for developing Microsoft CRM functions and features that implement, secures and supports client business applications. Candidate has to demonstrate the ability to define a set of business requirements, identify the resource systems where they reside, apply business rules, transformation logic and build load files. These files will then be used to load and update the CRM environment. Candidate will spend a majority of their time executing tasks related to CRM delivery. Most of this client time will be focused on detailed project tasks. A small portion of client time will be spent on project management tasks. A As a team member, you will also be expected to participate in team building relationships. The candidate will analyze, support, and document the current databases within the operational OLTP systems and corporate application. Next, take on the development role of defining an overall CRM Strategy encompassing the enterprise needs, integrating this approach with the Microsoft based applications. This includes gaining an understanding of the current environment and business needs, upgrading the current operational databases as specified, and creation of the database data administration standards and procedures. Candidate must be comfortable working in a self-directed team, you will be expected to be task-oriented and meet and exceed project and team deliverables. Experience: Required Technical Skills: . over 5+ years of Information Technology experience;. experience with Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Dynamics;. Over 2 years of hands on experience with SQL, ASP.net, VB.net, and other Microsoft products.. Solid understanding of relational database models and dimensional data models. Extensive CRM design and development experience working with SQL stored procedures and/or Microsoft tools;. 3+ years experience working with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 / 2005. 2+ years experience designing and developing complex stored procedures with Transact-SQL;. Knowledge and use of the IT system 'Life Cycle' development techniques. . Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks;. Proactive personality with a proven track record of delivering on responsibilities and tasks..
